At the first meeting with the patient, we perform a specialist examination, also known as the first examination, during which the doctor presents the plan and program of therapy in our clinic by taking an anamnesis and physical examination and determining the condition and diagnosis.

The following information is obtained from the patient during the general part of the examination, known as the anamnesis:

  • personal data
  •  main issues
  • current illness
  • prior illnesses
  • family history
  • psychosocial background

A special examination entails assessing the patient's functional state, also known as Functional Status, in which the doctor evaluates:

  • posture
  • gait
  • active and passive mobility of the torso and extremities
  • muscle tone, trophic and strength
  • reflex activity
  • sensibility
  • anthropometric measures (limb circumference and length are measured)
  • condition of peripheral circulation
  • activity test

When necessary, the diagnosis is made in collaboration with doctors from other specialties, including a neurologist, neurosurgeon, orthopedist, rheumatologist, and vascular surgeon.Following the diagnosis, an individualized treatment plan is developed for each patient, which includes the use of medication, physical therapy, and kinesitherapy.

GPS 130 POSTURAL LAB

The postural status analyzer includes: Lux Podoscope, 3 Optical Cameras, Software Package and Adjustable Postural Mirror.Static posture assessment is done from the front, back, and sides of the body. The podoscope is used to examine the arches of the feet (reflection). The entire analysis is carried out using a software package, which includes the measurement of specific body benchmarks, from which data is obtained to determine whether or not there is a certain deviation in the observed planes. Analysis is possible for detecting kyphosis, scoliosis (left, right, combined), lordosis, flat, concave foot (tread), and many other parameters using additional instruments for estimating limb length, foot length, position and angle of Achilles tendons, and so on. Following the analysis, each patient was given an identity card containing a detailed report with images and interpretations. If necessary, Master Physical's expert team creates corrective exercise programs (illustrated with descriptions).

IDIAG M360

It is used to record deformities in the flexibility of the spine in children and adults, as well as to diagnose disorders of spine stability and mobility at the vertebral level. The benefit of using this camera is that there is no radiation when shooting.

IDIAG MOXY

Moxy Monitor is an NIRS (Near Infrared Spectroscopy) device that measures the level of oxygen in the muscles during exercise. The moxie unit is wearable, wirelessly connects to a smart device such as a tablet, and comes with analysis software. Other developers, in addition to the company's original software, have expanded the choice of software for the analysis of added value.Although only one sensor can be connected, many users connect multiple sensors to compare injured muscles with healthy ones, different muscles under stress, or changes in muscle groups that are not used frequently during exercise [5]. The Moxie sensor is the Moxie Monitor system's heart. Its diodes and photo detectors work together to form a spectrometer that measures oxygen in the muscles.The Moxie sensor is fully functional and standalone, with a power battery, a microprocessor for spectrometer operation, and a memory chip for data storage, as well as a radio transmitter for sending live data to other devices [7]. Moxie brings physiological control from the laboratory to the real world of sports.

ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSTICS

It is a radiological method that has advanced significantly and gained popularity and breadth of use in the diagnosis of primarily muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and other soft body structures problems.The advantage of ultrasound over other methods is that it is more comfortable, uses no radiation, and can be repeated indefinitely. It can also show joints, ligaments in motion, and blood flow through blood vessels using color Doppler and exclude or confirm the presence of thrombosis. It is most commonly used to diagnose tendon injuries, muscle abnormalities like ruptures (both total and partial), and various types of fluid accumulation and soft tissue formations in muscles. 

DENSITOMETRY (DEXA) EXAMINATION

Densitometry is the main method for measuring bone mineral density. A precise method for measuring bone density is the only way to diagnose osteopenia and osteoporosis. Depending on which part of the body is being examined, the DEXA diagnostic procedure takes 10 to 20 minutes.Shooting is completely painless and requires no preparation.You must remain calm throughout the examination, especially when positioning the DEXA scanner above the area to be tested.DEXA is also suitable for monitoring the effects of osteoporosis treatment and otherbone-loss-causing conditions.With the help of this method, the individual risk for fractures can be assessed.
